JOB SUMMARY: Organizes and manages the Sales and Marketing Department by developing/ formulating sales and marketing plans and spearheading the execution/ implementation of said plans. Focusing on meeting organizational objectives, particularly the delivery of sales targets on a monthly and annual basis. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develops annual sales and marketing plan in conjunction with the company’s objectives and the department’s KRA’s, which details the activities to be done during the fiscal year. Formulates annual incentive programs/ rewards systems subject to the approval of the Vice-President, dedicated to the selling brokers and aimed for achieving sales targets; manages the launching and implementation of said programs and rewards systems. Leads and plans (together with Planning and Design, Operations and Execom the entire product line: availabilty of inventories for sale, branding, timing and pricing. Conducts monthly departmental meetings to review and discuss prior month’s accomplishments and sets goals/objectives, gives directions for the current and succeeding months such as sales targets, marketing activities, marketing requirements and completion of accounts for turnover; monitors and evaluates all units’ accomplishments relative to goals and strategies. Reviews and approves schedule of sales and marketing activities submitted by marketing unit on a monthly basis. Formulates monthly sales promos, subject to approval of the Vice-President, in conjunction with the approved marketing activities and department’s budget. Reviews and evaluates monthly sales deliveries of all sales networks, together with the broker’s management team and makes action plans accordingly. Formulates and oversees the implementation of sales strategies on a monthly basis or as needed and ensures the achievement of the sales objectives. Leads and oversees the day-to-day operations of the department’s Sales Administration Unit. Prepares monthly sales and marketing reports for presentation to top management based on the monthly reports of all units in the department. Monitors, evaluates and give directions thru the broker’s management team, all sales activities of brokers and other concerns. Reviews and approves training modules prepared by the Training Unit and evaluate results of training; makes action plans accordingly. Conducts regular meeting or as needed with the unit’s team leaders and sees to it that the prescribed policies and guidelines related to the department are properly implemented. Checks and approves the following: Request for payment of various expenses of the department Requests for advance commissions Conducts regular meetings with Sales Team. Reviews and recommends for approval of various requests of buyers and brokers. Attends to some brokers’ requests of individual meeting to build strong relationship and ensure top performance. Attends to various concerns of brokers and buyers which are being elevated. Performs other Sales and Marketing related tasks as may be assigned by the Vice-President.
