Sales Chat Specialist
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for creating an outstanding experience at every interaction for both new and existing customers via chat.
• Armed with superior product knowledge and a passion for customer satisfaction, the Chat Specialist provides solutions to customer needs in fast paced and energetic environment using superior product knowledge and passion for customer satisfaction
• Meet and exceed the Team performance expectations and goals. Complete the defined tasks in an accurate and timely manner
• Have a strong ability to deal with customers patiently, tactfully and efficiently by presenting services to the customer for sales opportunities
• Act as liaison between customers and field personnel
• Handle other Offline functions as required

• A desire for sales and achieving results
• High visibility presence in the work center
• Enjoy multitasking with the ability to have several ongoing conversations with customers at the same time
• Be comfortable overcoming objections to increase services
• Work independently and make solid decisions,

• Experience in a customer focused role required (not necessarily in BPO)
• History of good attendance at work
• Basic math skills and typing skills
• Ability to navigate Windows and basic Microsoft office products MS Word and MS Outlook
Qualifications:
• At least 2nd year college undergraduate or senior high school graduate for inexperienced candidates
• If not, at least junior high school graduate with minimum of 6 months call center experience
• Excellent written communication skills
• Call center experience is an advantage
