Job role

This role is part of the Customer Care department with the sole purpose of delivering outstanding customer experience for all our clients in an effective & timely manner. This role is a combination of both voice/telephone and processing work. Duties and Responsibilities: Process all customer care functions as required Liaise with suppliers, valuers, funders, Solicitors and other 3rd parties during the loan application, settlement & post settlement process. Handle broker/customer inquiries on an ongoing basis from post approval to settlement through to discharges Handle post settlement client communications Process progress drawdown for Construction files Process post settlement variations, including product conversions & CRM Process client request received by email or via telephone
