-Supervises and directs the daily activities of the Territory Development Salesman, direct route sales team, BDS and dealers/distributors assigned to him.
-Trains the salesman, helper of direct route, BDS and Distributor.
-Conducts daily supervision of the route sales team, BDS and Distributor during check-out and check-in time.
-Regularly monitor the assets productivity such as truck, cooler, deals, concessions and other marketing tools in the trade.
-Regularly checks all type of outlets and salesman's daily activities related to distribution, sales.
