Job role

Responsible for the Planning, Leading, Organizing and Control of all production outputs based on SCSI standards and GMP standards. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Participates in daily production meetings. Develops, maintains and implements the activities of Quality Control Systems. Oversees development and implementation of standards, methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision, accuracy and reliability of company products. Makes recommendations for corrective action necessary to ensure conformity with quality specifications. Ensures finished products conform to regulatory and company standards and satisfy Good Manufacturing Practices regulations. Coordinates with Production Supervisor with regards to testing of Raw Material, Packaging Components, Bulk Finished Products, Stability Testing and Process Validation Samples. Participates in the development and improvement of processes, validation, test and inspection methods, materials and products under the guidance of Operations Manager, Production Supervisor and in coordination with other departments. Initiates process variance, non-conformance reports and corrective actions as assigned. Ensures timely completion and effectiveness of actions and follow-ups with other departments as required. Check and inspect all the materials issued by the PPIC including the left over dough and other ingredients. Strictly monitor the activities of all QC Personnel. Prepares incidents reports in order to monitor the quantity of rejects and should be able to trace the accountability of rejects. Submit the report to the COO/CEO, Operations Manager and QA file. Make sure that all unprocessed dough should be weighed, then labeled and placed in the freezer. (FIFO principle must be observed.) Inspects the uniforms and GMP paraphernalia of all the employees. Make sure that all GMP chemicals are available in the stockroom and all dispensers are filled up. (hand wash, foot bath, cleaning liquids) Must inspect the following areas and ensure that GMP Standards & Practices are being followed and observed. 1. Washing Area 2. Cleaning Supplies 3. Comfort Rooms 4. Grounds and all garbage bins 5. Production Area 6. Warehouses Performs other duties as may be assigned.
