-Processing of Business Permit Applications and all government transactions to secure the necessary legal & government documents.
-Processing of transfer of titles, real property tax, TIN, tax declaration, and other external affairs work.
-Preparing of processing fee request.
-Preparing of BIR Payments & Bank Deposit slips
-Application of tax clearance for transfer, record purposes, and bank loan.
-Collating of documents necessary for BIR, RD, & Assessor's Entry
-Checking and requesting of IT Fee Payment
-Transmitting titles unders clients' name
-Liquidation of check vouchers and other fees
-All other transactions in relation to the transfer process of the company.
