We are hiring for Branch Operations Head who will be based in San Carlos, Pangasinan and will enjoy competitive benefit package on top of his/her salary (Manila-rate).
Specific job responsibilities include:
*Prepare and plan budget for office, maintenance, and park operations.
*Approve checks, purchase orders, interment documents, and other operations documents within their authority.
*Check and review reports(cash journal receipt, sales reports, aging, interment summary, collection efficiency, etc.) for submission to Head Office.
*Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly collections and compare with set targets.
*Review and recommend all park construction projects.
