THE CA 'D'ORO IS A PALACE ON THE GRAND CANAL IN VENICE. THE BUILDING OWES ITS NAME ("GOLDEN HOUSE")
THE ELABORATE CLADDING MADE OF POLYCHROME MARBLE, THE ORIGINALLY GENEROUS PAINTING WITH ULTRAMARINE
AND THE GILDED STONE CARVINGS ON THE FACADE TO THE CANAL.
THE PALACE IS A TELLING EXAMPLE OF THE VENETIAN GOTHIC OF THE EARLY 15TH CENTURY.
GREAT PLACE! VERY TASTY ITALIAN FOOD AT FAIR PRICES. WE WENT THERE FOR 2 DAYS AND IT WAS JUST FANTASTIC. DELICIOUS PASTA AND PIZZA. EXCELLENT WINE AND FRIENDLY SERVICE. GREAT AMBIENCE. HBecome part of the story. In 1968 our uncle opened the first restaurant in “Westkreuz” and a short time later a gelateria in Germering, as well as the legendary Pescatore in Schwanthalerstraße, the popular meeting place for Munich's in-crowd at the time and the place for before and after the German theater. Over time, the Five Brothers united in Munich and the legendary era of the Munich-Italians began.
The second generation benefits from years of experience and combines this with today's demands of the 21st century. This results in a mix of modern Italian ambience and traditional Italian cuisine.
