Dr. Mark A. Wolter -. Aesthetic surgery

Dr. med. Mark A. Wolter is a surgeon who specializes in aesthetic operations. His main treatment areas are breast operations and eyelid corrections as well as face lifts. In 2008, Dr. Mark A. Wolter has been awarded the DEKRA certified seal of approval from the IGÄM. He also performs a large number of liposuction and tummy tuck as well as wrinkle treatments (with Botox® and hyaluronic acid). He completed his medical studies at the Free University of Berlin. He obtained his doctorate in 1998 at the University Hospital in Zurich. Dr. Wolter received his doctorate in cardiovascular surgery. In parallel to his dissertation, Dr. Wolter as an assistant doctor at the University Hospital in Zurich. As early as 1995 he began aesthetic eyelid surgery in the department of Dr. Trueb in Zurich. In 1996, Dr. Wolter to the district hospital in Dinkelsbühl, where he continued his surgical specialist training. In addition to general and hand surgery, the focus of his training was on aesthetic eyelid surgery, abdominal wall surgery, breast surgery and liposuction. Regular training at various symposia and congresses as well as various internships in departments for plastic and aesthetic surgery round off the specialist training of Dr. Wolter off. Following his specialist training, Dr. Wolter spent another year in aesthetic plastic surgery clinics. He spends 4 months at Prof. Mang's Bodensee Clinic, focusing on liposuction and autologous fat treatments. He spends another 4 months in Brazil with Dr. Kerner and Prof. Pitanguy. The focus of treatment was on aesthetic breast surgery and the regular implementation of face lifts and eyelid corrections. As a specialist, Dr. Mark A. Wolter established his own private practice in Berlin in 2001. The practice of Dr. Wolter specializes in performing aesthetic and surgical treatments. Smaller interventions are carried out in the certified practice operating room. Larger interventions are operated by Dr. Wolter in the centrally located Hygiea Clinic, which, in a survey by health insurance companies, came in second out of 57 Berlin clinics in terms of patient popularity. From 2001-2010 he was the chairman of the Berlin Working Group for Aesthetic Surgery and in this role he organized 8 international congresses for plastic and aesthetic surgery. He is currently Vice President of the International Society for Aesthetic Medicine (IGÄM).
