Our success story began on June 1st, 1949 at 350 Madison Avenue in New York. There Ned Doyle, Maxwell Dane and Bill Bernbach founded the agency named after them. After big ideas such as the "Think Small" campaign for Volkswagen, which revolutionized the world of advertising at the time, today we as DDB Worldwide have 13,000 employees around the globe with more than 200 offices in over 90 countries DDB operates as one of the leading international creative agencies for the world's most famous brands, the second largest communications group in the world, Omnicom Group Inc. In Germany, DDB has existed since 1962. The first office outside the USA was founded in Düsseldorf represented in Germany with offices in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Hamburg and Wolfsburg.
