With that same commitment, we added fuel treatment chemicals to our portfolio to service power plants firing heavy fuel oil and/or crude oil. On one hand this was to increase fuel efficiency, and on the other hand it was to mitigate the environmental pollution impact of stack gases, minimize maintenance costs and protect equipment from failing. In 2004, we established our third division, the high polymer division, gradually adding product families to service a wide customer base in the MENA region. Our disciplined approach, timely delivery, competitive pricing, and rapid response has placed us within a short period of time amongst the leading regional distributors. It has also benefited our customers in ways that made them confident, safe, secure, and sure they will receive their ordered materials on time, with the promised quality, and at the most competitive price on the market
