As a specialized distributor and system integrator, our company offers a wide range of high-quality products. We have thus earned a great deal of trust from our loyal and growing regular customers. 1990 The DEKOM success story begins on July 1, 1990 with the entry of Wolfgang Haack into the Video Plus company, responsible for the professional area of ​​video surveillance technology. In the course of this cooperation, exclusive supplier contracts are concluded with the companies Dallmeier and Panasonic and after a short period of time a complete range of professional and high-quality video surveillance components is available. At the same time, the first dealers, installers and system integrators for the sale of these products and solutions are acquired. 1992 Just two years later, we have the best petrol station monitoring concept on the market and the first major customers in the petrol station area are part of our customer base. Which is then expanded by many other oil companies. Additional employees will be hired for sales and technical support. 1995 DEKOM Video Security & Network GmbH is created from the merger of the companies "Video Plus" and "Neue Mediatronic". With already five employees, individually tailored solutions are developed for companies such as banks and savings banks, casinos, petrol stations, parking garages and airports. As a special service, we are developing the planner portal, a powerful, time and cost-saving tool for architects and planners to create tenders and specifications. 1999 Wolfgang Haack takes over the management and shares of DEKOM Video Security & Network GmbH and builds sales and service locations across Germany. 2000 DiViCro-Logo-Basic-Version-1_RGB_02DEKOM now has an extensive, high-quality product portfolio from well-known manufacturers and is developing its own, user-friendly and intelligent IP management software called DiViCro. The customer base now also includes Deutsche Bahn, prisons, clinics and industrial companies. The first branch with two employees is opened in Stuttgart. 2005 The innovative tiltable camera mast, which is easy to set up and easy to maintain, is developed and the first larger perimeter surveillance in the industrial sector is implemented. 2006 DEKOM Video Security & Network GmbH separates from DEKOM Holding and continues to expand its market position in the field of professional video surveillance. The company headquarters remains in the Hoheluftchaussee. New premises with a total area of ​​over 800 square meters are being moved into. This expansion adds more employees for warehouse, marketing and order processing. Hannelore Haack takes on the bookkeeping, human resources and contract processing. This is the first step towards a family business. 2008 André Haack joins the team as a mechatronics technician and begins a second training course as an IT system electronics technician. DEKOM Video Security & Network GmbH is now a recognized training company of the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce and enables trainees to obtain a qualified IT system electronics degree. 2010 The products and the hardware and software solutions are continuously being adapted and implemented to the new IP surveillance in Full HD. The demands are increasing and with it the quality level of the systems. DEKOM Video Security & Network GmbH expands the product portfolio with effective and cost-saving services such as individual service packages, complete planning, the creation of service specifications and specification sheets, the pre-configuration of IP cameras, servers and complete systems. As an ISO certified company, we have a competent project team that is constantly growing. It offers the possibility of commissioning, instruction, training and documentation at the highest level. 2011 The customer base in Austria is continuously expanding. With Ms. Köldorfer and Mr. Stix we find committed and competent employees who successfully manage and expand the branch in Kirchbach. 2014 The DEKOM competence center is created and with “Business Direkt” we support our partners and system integrators specifically and individually with presentations and customer discussions. 2015 The overall concept for the future and further development of our company is in place. We are happy about many satisfied customers and still have a lot of ambitious ideas that we would like to implement with our customers. Christoph Haack, previously assistant to the management, joined the management in October, so the established flat hierarchy remains. Together with Managing Director Wolfgang Haack, Christoph Haack develops concepts, defines target groups and recognizes potential in order to align DEKOM strategically effectively. "We are looking forward to the upcoming projects, which we will implement together with the DEKOM team in a focused manner", emphasizes the management. 2020 This year we exist for 30 years.
