About company
I have been in the fitness industry for over 15 years, over the last 8, I have been running small group training and I noticed that the attendance and results in my group training was better than my personal training.
This was the reason I started Invigorate Auckland, in a group environment clients worked harder, they came more and they had more fun during the session. Living in Te Atatu it was perfect to open a gym here and to become the go to gym for small group training.
In 2017 Invigorate was born and we bring expert coaching, expert programming and a community that keeps you wanting to come back for more.
We deliver personal training service and results in a small group to the West Auckland residents
